Meet Hella

I’m Hella Dragoi, a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, essential oil educator, and wellness mentor.

Since 2017, I’ve been guiding students through yoga, breath, meditation, essential oils, and AromaTouch Massage Technique sessions with a focus on the whole person

body, mind, and spirit.

My work blends Yin, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, meditation, essential oil education, and hands-on wellness support to help you feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself.
